CLEVELAND, Ohio — Investigators are still trying to determine what started a fire that killed two Cleveland men over the summer.
This week, Crime Stoppers of Cuyahoga County offered a $5,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest in the blaze that killed Andrew Allen, 57, and Christopher Miller, 45.
