FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — A rezoning approval from Allen County Commissioners is moving a proposed tiny home community one step closer to construction.
The developer of the tiny homes, Dwell Well Inc., presented the plans to the commissioners on Friday afternoon. They voted to rezone a one-acre commercial parcel along Lower Huntington and Winchester Roads to make way for the more than 60-unit development.
Homes are expected to range from 250 to 700 square feet and cost $50,000 to $125,000…
