HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — An electrical fire spread to two homes and displaced 19 people on 18th street in Harrisburg.
Harrisburg Fire Department responded to the call at around 5:30 p.m. Harrisburg Fire Chief Brian Enterline told CBS 21 that the fire was caused by an electrical fire in a second-floor bedroom from a refrigerator plugged into an extension cord.
