LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WZTV) — U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers in Louisville intercepted three international shipments stuffed with counterfeit luxury jewelry and accessories, a haul that, if real, would have been worth more than $18.6 million.
The first two parcels, both arriving Dec. 5 from Hong Kong, were headed to addresses in Staten Island, New York, and Irving, Texas. Officers said the boxes were anything but ordinary mail.
