Richmond’s Scott’s Addition to reinstate parking enforcement after years without

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Parking enforcement is returning to parts of Richmond’s Scott’s Addition for the first time in years.

Starting on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026, select streets in the Greater Scott’s Addition neighborhood will transition to timed-parking zones to “improve turnover and support access for customers, employees and service providers,” per a Dec. 12 press release from the city.
