RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Parking enforcement is returning to parts of Richmond’s Scott’s Addition for the first time in years.
Starting on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026, select streets in the Greater Scott’s Addition neighborhood will transition to timed-parking zones to “improve turnover and support access for customers, employees and service providers,” per a Dec. 12 press release from the city.
In 2020, when many were under stay-at-home policies due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Greater Scott’s Addition Association (GSAA) suspended parking enforcement throughout the area…
