SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — Savannah Police Department (SPD) has reportedly left the scene of what was thought to be a standoff situation and is searching for a person suspected in an aggravated assault. SPD believes the person may be armed.
Originally, SPD believed the suspect was barricaded inside a residence, but it turned out that nobody was inside. No arrests have been made.
