Jonathan’s The Rub has officially rolled into Bridgeland, bringing its “new Houston cuisine” and big, family-style energy to Cypress with a fourth Houston location at Village Green. The Levine family’s latest spot is serving up the same steakhouse comfort, lobster tacos, and relaxed indoor-outdoor vibe that helped build its local following.
The Bridgeland restaurant opened for dinner on Wednesday, according to CultureMap Houston. “We were looking for the next frontier – a community with a booming population and a clear vision for growth that aligns with our brand,” chef-owner Jonathan Levine said in a statement. The report notes that the new dining room is Jonathan’s fourth Houston outpost and sits inside the Village Green retail center.
