Freezing drizzle could impact KC roads as sub-zero wind chills loom

Kansas City braces for bitter wind chills over the weekend and a chance of freezing drizzle that could impact drivers Saturday, according to the National Weather Service.

While some parts of northern Missouri could see snow flurries and accumulation, weather models show snow unlikely for the KC metro. However, temperatures will continue to drop throughout the weekend and bitter cold is expected to hit Kansas City by Saturday night.
