LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The Nebraska State Patrol announced Friday that a Tennessee man was arrested following an online enticement investigation.
NSP said the investigation began earlier this year when 54-year-old Dillon Summers of Cleveland, Tennessee, contacted what he believed to be a 13-year-old girl. The person he contacted online was an undercover NSP investigator.
