This Tuesday at 1PM the Studio AD designed new Woman’s Club Building will be on the desks of the Local Planning Agency as the 501c3 heads into its next rebuild phase.
The previous Woman’s Club building on Sterling Avenue was completely destroyed by Hurricane Ian. The organization has been in fundraising mode ever since trying to put together enough cash to come back with a new multi-million dollar multi-purpose facility to serve the Fort Myers Beach community.
The organization will ask the LPA to rezone the property from Institutional to Commercial Planned Development “to facilitate the redevelopment of the membership organization.”…
