CANTON, Ohio (WOIO) – A Canton woman and her mother accused of killing a 54-year-old Canton man were arraigned in Stark County Court of Common Pleas Friday.
Yolanda R. Lowery, 54, pleaded not guilty to the charges of:
- Aggravated murder
- Kidnapping
- Murder
- Felonious assault
- Tampering with evidence
- Gross abuse of a corpse
Dorothy Lowery, 70, pleaded not guilty to the charges of:
- Aggravated murder
- Kidnapping
- Murder
- Felonious assault
- Tampering with evidence
- Gross abuse of a corpse
Jerry Morris, 54, was found dead in Akron on Aug. 1.
His cause of death has not been released…
