ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Police are investigating a deadly crash with a pedestrian Saturday.
According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police, officers were called to the area of Union and Brown at around 9:50 a.m. Saturday for a crash involving a pedestrian.
