Julian Mongui Abril, 33, and Juan Mongui Abril, 30, of East Boston, are facing drug-related charges after a police investigation. They were arraigned on December 11, 2025, in BMC East Boston. Police arrested them following several months of surveillance and undercover drug purchases.
