Kenyon Dobie, 24, found himself entangled in controversy following a violent episode that both victimized and implicated him in separate incidents. Dobie, who was initially a stabbing victim on Charlotte’s light rail on December 5, has since been arrested and charged with assaulting his pregnant girlfriend in a prior October encounter, as detailed in court records.
