Sun and clouds with higher temperatures in the 40s Saturday, before an Arctic front arrives early Sunday. *First Alert Weather Day* Sunday for Frigid temperatures, gusty winds, bitter wind chills and a chance of some early light snow.
On Sunday an Arctic front will approach and move across the region. Some light snow showers expected with this front during the predawn hours and tapering off after sunrise. At this time, northern and eastern reaches of the viewing area may see a light dusting to well under an inch of snow. Gradual clearing after sunrise, brisk and turning much colder. Northwest winds 20-30+ mph will be common…..
