Walmart in Clovis evacuated after bomb threat, police say

CLOVIS, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The Clovis Police Department said they evacuated the Walmart for several hours on Herndon Avenue near Clovis Avenue following a bomb threat received Friday morning.

Police say around 11 a.m., they received a call about a possible bomb at the store. The store was evacuated as a precaution while officers investigated.

After the investigation, they say no device was found, and the store reopened.
