Wilmington, NC – Cold December air sweeps across coastal North Carolina this morning as gray skies lift and winds begin turning sharply north. According to the National Weather Service, a Cold Weather Advisory takes effect tonight from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Monday, with wind chills dropping to 5–7° across southeast North Carolina and northeast South Carolina.
