MUSTANG RIDGE, Texas — Roads in Mustang Ridge have reopened after a vehicle hit a cow Saturday night in Mustang Ridge.
Mustang Ridge police reported the crash on social media at around 11:20 p.m. Saturday. They said the crash happened on SH 45 at the SH 130 southbound ramp.
Police said the fog made it difficult to see while police were investigating, and that the fire department partially blocked the ramp to try and slow down traffic in the area…
