ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Drivers are advised to be aware of detours while crews work on the watermain on Rockford’s 7th Street.
Starting at 7 a.m. Tuesday Dec. 16, 7th Street will be closed to through traffic from Broadway to 12th Street.
Northbound traffic will be detoured to 9th street via Broadway and southbound traffic will be detoured to 6th street…
