NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) — Alternate side parking rules will be suspended on Monday so the city can clear snow from the roads.
It means drivers don’t need to move their cars to the other side of the road for street cleaning. All other street and parking signs must be followed, and parking meters still need to be paid on Monday.
