Rafe Garcia of the Village of St. Catherine was attracted to The Villages because he believed it has set the gold standard for golf cart transportation.
However, Garcia, who has been in The Villages for four and a half years, cannot understand why the new Walmart under construction at State Road 44 and Morse Boulevard will not be golf cart accessible.
He is worried about the “implosion” traffic coming to the intersection when the new store opens early next year…
