Many people are putting up Christmas decorations inside and outside their homes. My holiday trimmings include blinking stars in my windows. These are on the inside, so I won’t have to worry about taking them down. When their batteries wear out, I’ll remove them and put them in a box for Christmas 2026.
I have a little fiber-optic tree in my living room, and a red and white throw on the couch to keep me warm. Except for a two-foot-tall wooden snowman made by the Fox Valley CP Center, that’s the extent of my holiday decorations. My efforts are placed elsewhere.
