MADISON, Wis. — A pedestrian suffered significant injuries following a crash on Madison’s east side on Sunday morning.
Madison police along with fire responded to the 4400 block of E Washington Avenue near Chick-fil-A at 6:21 a.m.
A preliminary investigation revealed the pedestrian was crossing the street, outside of the crosswalk, when they were struck by an inbound motorist. They were taken to a hospital. The motorist remained on scene and is cooperating with the investigation…
