St. Paul police are investigating a homicide after a woman was found dead from a gunshot wound to the head on Friday.
The discovery was made at 4:15 p.m. at an apartment on the 500 block of Broadway Street in the Dayton’s Bluff neighborhood, but St. Paul PD says it’s believed the victim had been shot on Thursday.
