According to a post on the official Honolulu Police Department Facebook page, three suspects dressed in black with face coverings are believed to be involved in the incident, which took place on Salt Lake Boulevard and Kamehameha Highway. The update, which was published on Friday, details how the suspects exited a light-colored, four-door car and opened fire, shooting the victim multiple times as he fled towards the housing complex. One suspect wielded a handgun, another carried a long gun, and the third was also armed with a handgun.
