Man accused of assaulting officer, stealing city vehicle set to make next court appearance

HENDERSON COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — A man who was arrested on Dec. 10 for reportedly assaulting a law enforcement officer, stealing the officer’s vehicle and leading officials on a chase is set to make his next court appearance just before Christmas.

According to court records, Ramae Cynquan Foster will be making his next court appearance at his disposition hearing, which is set for Dec. 22 at the Henderson County Courthouse.

Foster is being held in the Henderson County Detention Center under a $75,000 secured bond. He made his first appearance in court on Dec. 11. His bond was set on that date, and he was assigned a court-appointed attorney by Judge Gene Johnson…
