Former Kern County supervisor Zack Scrivner’s motion for mental health diversion postponed to Friday

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The motion for Zack Scrivner’s mental health diversion scheduled for Monday was pushed back to Friday.

Zack and Christina Scrivner were both present at the hearing on Monday.

Scrivner’s case was transferred to Kern County Superior Court Judge Stephanie R. Childers’ courtroom in the civil courthouse.
