Family of the Upstate’s first road rage victim this year finds meaning in loss

GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – A young man killed in a road rage shooting is now helping save the lives of others.

25-year-old Nicholas Rios was shot by another driver on Augusta Road. This marked the Upstate’s first deadly road rage incident of the year.

Rios’ mothers says through organ donation, Nicholas has saved seven lives and could even save more.

Over the weekend, family and friends of Rios’ came together to lay Nicholas to rest and to honor his memory…
