MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A Mobile woman continues to make a gradual recovery after being severely injured in a hit-and-run crash while riding her bicycle last month.
It’s been a long month for Dalene and Ralph Carter, the two have been watching over their 37-year-old daughter Rebecca Carter–better known as Becky– as she receives care at University Hospital.
