WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A man is in custody after police officers found more than 20 grams of cocaine during a traffic stop on South Kerr Avenue.
According to the Wilmington Police Department (WPD), an officer stopped a vehicle Sunday, Dec. 14, at around 10:18 p.m. after observing an improper right turn.
