KURE BEACH, N.C. (WECT) – Special Olympics New Hanover County is inviting the community to join its Polar Plunge and Run in February.
According to the City of Wilmington, the event raises money to fully fund all of the organization’s programs for the year. The organization aims to raise a total of $150,000 by the new year.
