DES MOINES, Iowa (Iowa Capital Dispatch) – An Iowa-licensed physician with a history of substance-abuse issues is facing possible sanctions from the Iowa Board of Medicine.
The board has charged Dr. Todd M. Raleigh, a clinical neurophysiologist, with violating the laws or rules governing the practice of medicine, and with failure to report discipline imposed in another, unspecified state.
