HOUSTON (CW39) – Police have arrested a suspect in the shooting death of a taco truck owner in northwest Houston. Court documents state 24-year-old Angel Adonis Saldivar-James was arrested Monday and charged with murder for the fatal shooting of 36-year-old Yaddua Barraza Hernandez.
Officers responded to Esbeidy’s Mexican Food at 119 West Dyna Drive around 10:45 p.m. on Dec. 4. According to court records, Saldivar-James shot into the business, killing Hernandez, while another man took money from the truck.
Both men ran away before the police arrived. Police said Hernandez was found unresponsive from the gunshot wound later that night…
