LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The Lincoln Police Department and the Malone Center are partnering once again to spread holiday joy for the third consecutive year since COVID-19 through the Random Acts of Kindness initiative.
Every year, officers take envelopes filled with $300 cash and hand them out to strangers while on patrol or during interactions with the community.
