The stabbing happened at the Orchard Mills Apartments in the 3200 block of Berlin Court in Woodbridge on Saturday, Nov. 30, at approximately 3:30 a.m., according to the Prince William County Police Department.
Police said detectives later determined multiple juveniles were gathered inside an apartment when the accused stabbed a 16-year-old multiple times.
