PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — As the war continues between Russia and Ukraine, a local church is helping Ukrainians who have been injured during the conflict.
The Central East Portland Rotary Club has hosted three wounded Ukrainian veterans at the Ukrainian Bible Church in Fairview.
On Sunday, the club raised money to support the vets’ rehabilitation.
