Two people are now behind bars after a search warrant led to the discovery of drugs and other illegal contraband, according to the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office.
The Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office said the search warrant was executed at a home on Doc Branch Road in Barnardsville after an investigation into a community complaint about illegal narcotics being sold from that home.
“This type of communication with our community about illegal activity along with collaboration with our fellow law enforcement agencies, is crucial to tracking down these dangerous substances, and the people who are selling them.
