The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has lifted speed limit and right-lane-only commercial vehicle restrictions on most interstates in the Northwest region, except for a section of Interstate 79.
Restrictions remain in place on Interstate 79 from Exit 141 in Crawford County to the ending point in Erie County, while PennDOT continues to treat roadways throughout the region until they are clear.
