16 people arrested in Alamance County months-long drug investigation, deputies say

ALAMANCE COUNTY, N.C. — The Alamance County Sheriff’s Office Vice and Narcotics Division arrested 16 people after a months-long investigation into illegal drug activity in Alamance County.

The sheriff’s office said the investigation focused on identifying and disrupting organized drug operations that threaten public safety and community well-being. Investigators executed multiple search and arrest warrants during the operation.
