A Harrisburg man has been charged following an alleged retail theft at a North Manheim Township business earlier this fall.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, Michael Felton, 53, of Harrisburg, was charged in connection with an incident that occurred on October 7, 2025, at the Staples store located at 1544 Route 61 South in North Manheim Township, Schuylkill County.
Felton is charged with the following offenses:
- Retail Theft – Take Merchandise (Felony 3, third or subsequent offense)
- Defiant Trespass
- Receiving Stolen Property
