MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — An employee at a Mobile business was arrested and charged with theft after police say she conspired with a customer to steal merchandise.

Officers responded to Academy Sports & Outdoors at 3725 Airport Boulevard on Friday, Dec. 12, at about 3:10 p.m. in reference to a report of theft.
