Stuart police have taken a Florida man into custody after he allegedly sent explicit images and videos to a person he believed was a 13-year-old girl, who was in fact an undercover officer. According to CBS12, 22-year-old William Rogers from Live Oak was charged with transmission of harmful material to a minor and the use of a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony, with an arrest made by the Suwannee County Sheriff’s Office the day after a warrant was issued.
The warrant, which was issued on November 25, came as a result of an undercover chat in October during which, Rogers reportedly sent several selfies and inappropriate videos.
