SACRAMENTO, Calif. — One person is dead Monday following a crash involving a semitruck and another vehicle near the Rio Vista bridge.
The roadway is blocked on both Highway 160 and Highway 12 in both directions as of 5:40 p.m., authorities said. The semitruck is reportedly off the roadway.
