Warming centers open as dangerous cold hits coastal region

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — Over 50 million Americans are under a freeze and frost warning on Monday. Dangerously cold temperatures are moving in, with wind chills expected to dip into the teens. Cities across the region are stepping up efforts to protect residents as the Arctic cold front settles in.
