TAMPA, Fla. (CBS12) — Bodycam video captured the tense moments when an elderly Tampa resident dangled three stories above the ground after slipping off his roof — until two quick-thinking police officers pulled him to safety.
The Tampa Police Department said on December 10, Officers Jason Sikoski and Kaleb Girard rushed to the scene after receiving a call that an elderly man was blowing leaves off his roof when he suddenly slipped.
