West Palm Beach, Palm Beach leaders file legal petition against FAA’s flight restrictions

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — It’s been almost two months since the Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) created a no-fly zone around Mar-A-Lago, redirecting air traffic over residential neighborhoods in West Palm Beach.

Now, officials with the city and Town of Palm Beach have filed a legal petition against the FAA, challenging the restrictions set in place through at least October 2026.
