BAYTOWN, Texas (CW39) – A Harris County Grand Jury has returned indictments against Baytown Police Officer Michael Hightower following a major crash investigation. That’s according to the Baytown Police Department.
Police said that Officer Hightower faces two charges of Manslaughter and one charge of Aggravated Assault. Adding, he turned himself in to the court today, Monday, Dec. 15 and fully cooperating with the legal process.
