If you’re thinking of travelling on Madison’s John Nolen Drive lately, well… don’t. The City of Madison has just started a nine month long project to renovate its iconic – some might say notorious – urban highway along the shore of Lake Monona. The roadway is down to one lane in each direction. What can Madisonians expect with the completion of the project?
