FBI arrests New Iberia suspect in connection with planned New Year’s Eve attack

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The FBI has arrested a suspect in New Iberia for allegedly planning an attack on New Year’s Eve.

Agents say the suspect is connected to four others accused of organizing coordinated bombing attacks in five locations across California.

Investigators did not release any details on the alleged plan in Louisiana.
