On Your Side: Missouri Attorney General investigating tree service company

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – Customers say they’ve been overcharged by a tree removal service. Missouri’s Attorney General has launched an investigation of its own into the company.

Customers say workers with Storm Support Emergency Tree Removal told them insurance would foot the bill. They wouldn’t have to worry about paying out of pocket. Now at least one Springfield customer says he’s dealing with sticker shock. And it’s not the first time this company has been on law enforcement’s radar.
